I don't really have much of a story with this LOTD.  I was trying to find a dress that really liked and I was thinkin' it was this one.  Once I got everything on I realized that it wasn't this one, but what the heck, I'll make it a LOTD anyway...cuz duh it's super cute!!  

We did go to Wet Willies for a while and listened to some pretty good music.  Started out with one DJ and then switched to DJ Spike.  He played good music and was pretty funny.  Put your lips together...Take your finger and move it over your top and bottom lip making that bluhbluhbluhbluh sound.  He kept making that sound and maybe it was the glorious green, but it was cracking me up lol.  

We really like hanging out there, I just don't like the lag that comes with it. There's always a nice group of people dancing and listening to the music.  The DJ's I've heard have all played some good tunes too.  The hostesses always seem to be on the ball and try to have conversations with people and greet/help patrons...That's pretty cool, because all too often hosts just play gestures and say hi to people.  Like I said the other day it's gesture friendly so I love that.  Ya'll should check it out if ya get the chance and don't mind wading through a lil lag...

Once we left we hopped around to a few other clubs and ended up at Blackhearts Cafe.  As soon as we landed there's Tree and Giggles YAY! Went inside and someone left the zoo gates open.  There was a kitty, a bunny, a dragon, a werewolf and a cat...Was quite comical seeing the kitty and bunny catfight lol...

We ended the night back at home messing in our lol.  Overall...pretty tame day.

This one isn't a LOTD, just an adventure in Ana~Land...

Ok, so...Lookin' for somewhere to go (as usual lol).  Searchin' through search lead me to Wayne Davis.  I did that handy lil reminder thingie again...It said to get there early, so we decided to just go ahead and TP there.

When we landed @ Sherie's Gaslight I'd thought that I had been there before.  The setting was familiar...Yes, I think I've been here...I turn around and I see no other than my old friend Serra Seelowe.  Yes...I've definitely been here before lol.  Then now that I think about it...I think I've heard this Wayne dude play before too..Ok Ok...Follow my mind here I'm typin' as it flows lol...

Get all rezzed in here and Holy Cow there are a ton of people here.  It's out on the ocean just on a pier...I turn on the music and I hear a lady named Nance Brody.  We just caught the end of her set, but I would love to go and have a proper listen to her.  She was damn good.  I'll have to remember to set a reminder thingie.  So maybe I'll blog about the next time I see/hear her.

Wayne Davis took the stage right at 9:00PM SLT.  I have to say that I was blown away.  I remember sorta hearing him play before...but I think time I REALLY heard him.  He is awesome!  He sang some Rock-N-Roll.  He sang some Blues.  He sang some Stevie Ray Vaughan and RAWKED it.  I'm sure Serra was jumpin' up and down at that lol (She loves SRV...).  He entertained the crowd.  He kept them engaged in his songs.  I dunno if you can tell or not, but I really enjoyed listening to him lol.  We danced and danced...and danced some more.   found some free beer...Good thing beers are endless in our closetories because he spills his EVERYWHERE!!!!  Please send our apologies to your cleaning crew, Sherie...I was wishing had been here to listen, because she would've loved it too.

Coming up next was a fella named Blues Heron...

He was also very good.  We enjoyed listening to him.  Maybe it's because I was a bit distracted by lookin' at all the shoes people were wearing, so I drifted away during his set.  We ended up not staying for all of it.  Decided it was time to hit up Wet Willies again.

seems to really like this place, and we always have a good time when we're there.  Folks are friendly.  The DJ's always seem to play good music.  Tonight's DJ was DJ LakeSteele and the host was princessaroxie (I can't tag her she has her profile set unavailable I think).  They were both great. I really enjoyed the DJ's music.  I should find out how their shops outside do.  See if it would be worth it to open one up there if there's room/availability...

We hung out there for a good while just listenin' to the music and havin' a good time with all the people there.  It never fails that when we go there, there are a lot of people there.  They're always pretty friendly and it isn't too hard to get people to chat.  It's gesture friendly, so that's a real big plus for me being a gesture maker lol.   and are my number one gesture promoters...They totally rock it!  It was a good day.

Earlier I looked up and there was this lady standing on the dance floor in the pasture by me...I recognized her name from The A&J Nightclub.  I hope she hadn't been standing there very long, because I was all off in la-la land.  Anyway...She told me that she would like to talk to me about her sister...I knew when she said that, she was talking about the owner of the club.  She said that my accusations really upset her.  She was letting me know that she is really a great person with a good heart.  She asked that we please give it another chance.  Imma Libra...So I guess we'll see about trying it out there again sometime.  She was really nice, and I enjoyed having a chat with her.  We exchanged Calling Cards <---- cute way of sayin' "added to friend's list huh"?!? he he. It was nice to meet her.

Well it's been sittin' here for a bit while I was making blinkies and such so I can't remember if I said all I wanted to say or not, but hey it's a good start I guess?!?  Where am I?! Who are you?! Guess I'll find something else to do until I get the urge to blog again lol...

Another day another blog...Deke wanted me to find us something to do when he got off work, so I did some searching in search.  We like going to live music events so that's the first thing that I looked for.  I saw that this fella named Midnight McCarty was going to be singing tonight.  I set a reminder (Handy lil thing that I Just discovered...) to let me know before the show starts.  Then...I completely forgot about it and went back to making gestures lol.  Oh...I have some new gestures in the store too so take a look!!! 

Well I wanted to make sure I was ready for when Deke got home so off to my closetory.  I chose this cute lil pink mesh top from Maitreya...put it with my Leather Skinny Pants also from Maitreya...AWWWW HOW CUTE!!! I love it!!!  I need to finish my hair...let's give it a pink tint...Magika did just the right trick.  Throw on my jewelry and shoes just in time for him to get here.  

We talked for a lil bit and then DING DING DING my reminder!!!! OH YEAH!  I have a live performer for us to go see...Gosh that reminder thingie sure was handy!  So off we go to The GreenHouse.  We landed and it's just a simple little venue in a beach setting.  It rezzes nicely, and has a lot of green.  Can't really say too much about the venue itself...It was simple...It wasn't bad, but it wasn't spectacular.  We got there a little bit early so we waited for Mr. McCarty to take the stage.  I'm always leery when we go listen to someone sing for the first time, because you never really know what you're going to hear.  I read his bio and it seemed interesting.  The music he sings I like, so what the heck...

He takes the stage and starts singing...I was quite impressed.  He didn't sound bad at all.  Infact...We quite enjoyed listening to him sing.  He had some good song choices.  The people around were all friendly, and the owner Kel Triellis even gave us a beer to sip on while we listened...Unfortunately, Deke's a mess and he spilled his ALL OVER ME...Fellas...Don't dance with beer in your hands...That's alcohol abuse & a party foul! lol.  Overall it was a pleasing experience so if you get a chance to go listen to Midnight McCarty sing, he's not bad.  

Ok ok what am I wearing?? I'll tell you but you gotta promise to keep reading?!?! Pinkie Swear! lol...Yes, it's one of those days.

Okay, Okay...So it seems that I've ruffled a couple of feathers with my St. Paddy's LOTD Blog that mentioned a certain club.  Well let's break it down shall we?!?...

I had suspicions about the A&J Nightclub.  I suspected that they were using bots to gain traffic so that they could be placed in the top spots in the search on Second Life.  They're usually found in the Destination Guide.  Let me start from the beginning...Hold onto your virtual seats...This might be a bumpy ride lol...

Ok...So...

Like I'd said, Deke is a newb.  I'm trying to show him how awesome SL is and why it's an addiction for so many people.  We look all the time in the search to see what's going on.  We like going to Live Music events.  We like going to clubs in hopes of meeting new friends and finding cool places to hang out...You know...as you do.  I kept seeing A&J Nightclub pop up in the search. On the front page as one of the top places to go.  So I went there to check it out.  I TP'D Deke and we gave it a shot.  We went in and at first the music was cool and omg there were people here...that was awesome because as of most of you know that all too often you TP to a place and there's absolutely no one there.  That really sucks when you're trying to find somewhere to hang out yanno?!?  All these people in here and not a soul was talking.  I really didn't think anything of it at first, I just thought 'oh people are probably idle or in boxes'.  We stayed there about 10 minutes or so, so we gave it a good lil stretch.  Went onto the next club thinking nothing out of the ordinary about A&J Nightclub   We went on to the Ohana Club and had an awesome time. 

Here comes another day and again we're lookin' for somewhere to go.  Deke landmarked A&J Nightclub  so we decided to go see what was going on there...When we got there, it was the same exact scenario.  SAME people were dancing in the SAME spots.  Again, no one said a word.  Not even a single greeting to welcome to this "FRIENDLY" club.  I started to look around at the people that were there.  I told Deke then, that there was something off about this club.  That it seemed staged.  There are a bunch of people here but not a SOUL to greet.  If you look at the owners profiles, I mean one of the things they boast about is how friendly their club is and how there's constant conversation.  I was told though that people just didn't want to talk to me lol.  I started looking at the profiles of the people dancing.  All of their names were similar I don't remember all the names, but they were all in the same format.  Some of them were even born/rezzed on the SAME DAY!  What a coincidence that they also belong to the SAME groups.  Who better than to bring on the case?!?!?! No other than my Sistah from another mistah... JANIS BO BANIS!!!  

Ok...here's the situation...lolol

Janis and I went to the club so I could show her what I suspected.  This time when we got there though, there were actual people there.  How could you tell?  They were all at the side of the club infront of one of the stages that was in there.  Their names were also different than the others.  They were playing gestures, and they were talking. UH MAY ZING!  All I did was ask how many avatars were real people and how many were bots.  Someone made a sarcastic comment like "I bot shoes today" lol.  I didn't say a word, no one said another word about it.  I went over to where the "other" avatars were dancing...it was just staged...It was soulless lol...I made a comment that it's the stepford club.  Another sarcastic comment made "Well you can step on outta here" I said "I will and I'll blog about it".  I immediately got IM'd by Jasper Lemton.  He's the owner of the club.  Well one of them. He told me that if I didn't have anything nice to say about the club to not say anything at all...How very Thumperish of him lol.  I didn't say anything at all BAD about the club.  I asked a simple question and got very sarcastic comments.  He then told me that his friends that I was talking about (He knew exactly which ones) were all physically handicapped and only used voice but would not say hi if they don't know you.  Then it became they were in a home, and they just didn't want to talk to me personally.  I guess they judged me by the cuteness of my avatar lol.  It wasn't about them not talking to me.  They didn't talk AT ALL.  Not even to each other.  Or anyone else that came in.  Well about 45 minutes or so of this went on of him telling me that he doesn't have bots and he can't believe I'm harassing them (even though he's the one that approached me...).  I told him I only asked a question but he just kept on and on and on and on and on and... well you get the picture...He told me that he talked to his wife (The other club owner Alessandra Floresby) and she said that he should just leave me alone because I'm the type of person that wants to cause trouble.  That's not it at all.  I'm not that type of person, but apparently they're the type of people that will cheat to get their club noticed.  It's false advertising.  It's cheating when there are so many awesome clubs out here in SL that work hard to achieve their patrons and they do it without cheating and using bots/fake avatars to create traffic.  

No sooner than he said that, I got another box...Guess who this one was from?!??!  You got it...Alessandra Floresby.  She let me know that she was the other owner of the club and she was upset about the way I was talking about her club and her friends...I never said anything out of line to anyone in that club, be it a real person or a bot.  I did let this owner and her husband know that I thought their club was fraudulent.  They both approached me and kept on and on, yet I was the one that was harassing them.  

ANYWAY...She kept telling me how she didn't care what I thought and such, so I told her to leave me alone then.  So she did.  I went on and finished up my blog finally and then posted the LOTD.  I got two comments on there and I believe that it was the two owners of that club.  Just by the things that were said and how the harassment was brought up again.  Blogging my thoughts about a club isn't harassment...

I was talking to Deke about it and decided to see if I can go back to the club so I could take pics to show...well I of course have been banned...So Deke went...They've completely shut down the club and the land...you have to be on the list now I guess to get in...Oh darn...I do not feel bad about it at all, because I stand behind what I believe.  I believe that A&J Nightclub uses bots to create traffic to their club in order to gain popularity.  I've been told that I don't know what it takes to run a club or land...Like people would actually know lol.  I have owned a club.  I have managed a club.  I have DJ'd.  I have Hosted.  I own a mainstore that's on my land.  I know exactly what it takes...That's one of the reasons I'm so fired up about it.  It's not fair to cheat.  There are so many awesome clubs in SL that don't have to use bots to get ahead.  It's not fair to us that are in search of places to hang out.  It's not fair to the other clubs that DON'T CHEAT...

lol...Now who wants me to blog about their club, clothing, product?!?!  Send me a notecard lol.  Be warned...I will be honest about what I think.  If I like your product/club/service I will say so.  If I don't, I will say so!!!

♥St. Paddy's Day slOOkers By G o S H !♥

♡Imma ❤lover❤ of mesh.  I've decided that all of the clothing I purchase from now on will be mesh.  I really dig the Lola's Tangos too but I'm waiting with them until there's more clothing with the appliers..or maybe I just haven't been lookin' in the right spots lol.  This could very well be the case.♡ 

♡I wanted to wear something green (Oh how I love the green lol) for St. Paddy's Day, but I didn't want it to be all leprechaunish and shamrockish lol.  So I went with a lovely lil dress from Valentina E. Couture.  It's gawjus!  I love love the way the mesh just moves with me lol...When I left SL mesh was just getting out here.  I'm in the process of transferring everything over to mesh.  I've been buying strictly mesh clothing, hair, shoes, etc...I have to say...There are some really talented folks in SL.  I mean look at the stuff that's created?  It's amazing. I wish I had half the talent.♡ 

♡My bf Deke and I went to a couple of clubs...Stopped at Blackhearts Cafe...I really like it there most of the time.  My bestie Treeguy DJ's there, so it's usually pleasant there.  I like most of the music that's played there too...Always seems to be people there and they have a bunch of shops outside...Walkin' up into the club I had to stop and take a look just one more time at my purdy lil green heels from Maitreya.  I was gonna take over the world, but I got distracted by somethin' sparkly lol.  We got us some green beer and hit up the next club.♡

♡Next we landed @ Wet Willies this place plays mostly rock music, and it's always PACKED.  There have always been a ton of people when we've gone.  The music is usually pretty good.  We landed and as I was lettin' everything rez, I saw this girl land named HarleiQuinn, and I just happened to have made several Harley Quinn gestures!  WOW!  Short story shorter, I gave her a folder with all the gestures just cuz her name RAWKED! lol...And of course SHE LOVED IT (well she said she did anyway lol).♡  

♡We like to hop around a bit, so we're constantly lookin' through search at the different clubs or things that pop up in the destination guide...well A&J Nightclub pops up all the time, so we TP'd there...I dunno..This place is strange...like...no one talks.  I started lookin' around at the avatars that were in there and I need to go take a pic or something for ya'll to see, but their avatars were all named similar, with the same punctuations...ie: capital letters in certain places...So...My lil defective I mean detective mind starts turnin...I think they're all bots...so I start my investigative process by lookin' at their profiles...duh.  They all belong to the same groups...and all have similar sayings in their profile...I've tried to engage them into talking several times, to no avail...so I think they've just filled the place with bots to create traffic...Sucks for people like Deke and I that just wanna go hang out with other people.  It was just weird...Deke called it the Stepford club lol...ok So off to the next club...♡

♡We went to Wildcat Country because there was a sign sayin' they were gonna be having a George Strait Tribute Band.  I was like WOOHOO!!!!  Till they started playin'...Then it was more like BOOHOO!!!.  They didn't get the stream goin' very well at first, and I was expecting someone to be singing George's song's...but no...it ends up, they were just playin' a George Strait concert...I know it's just SL, but I kinda felt ripped.  I love George Strait...but I can listen to him anytime I wish, I was hopin' to hear someone else sing him. I love going to live music events here in SL.  Most of the time when we go to Wildcat it's ok...We don't really know people and sometimes it's kinda hard to get them to talk...but on a bright note, the sim is pretty cool and rezzes really fast.  Even for Deke...and his dinosaur of a PC...♡

♡I'm sure I got our club order outta order lol...I think we went to WildCat before A&J but oh well...It happened just like that but the other way around lololol....♡

♡We ended the night back at home on our platform...but hey...we weren't fightin' for a minute!!!♡

♥Deke♥

 So I have this fella named Deke Rivers...He's pretty much a noob.  He has no idea what he's doin', but he's learnin'.  Deke and I didn't meet in SL but we migrated to SL.  I met Deke in Yahoo of all places lol.  He was quick witted and was making me giggle a bunch.  We became friends and yadda yadda yadda feelin's started to develop and all that snazzy stuff.  Well...here we are about 2 years later...Yahoo chat closed down so we didn't really know what to do.  We'd tried Paltalk...HATED IT.  Well I did.  Deke still chats over there.  Anyway...we wanted something that we could do together to spend time with each other.  I mean we talk on skype but we wanted I guess a more social sort of setting, so now we're in this biggo SL world.  We've partnered and departnered a few thousand million times...because we fight every single day.  He's ignited more passion in me than anyone has in my entire life.  I tell him everything.  I'm open, honest and loyal.  Unfortunately, that's what we fight about a lot heh...

When we're getting along (in the rare moments) we're so great together.  It's like when we're good we're good...You know the rest.  It's probably pretty cliche, but it's all new to me.  I've never butted heads with someone so much.  I can't figure out what it is.  I want him to believe me so badly.  I want him to believe that I tell him the truth because I do.  I hate that he doubts me.  Anyway...Let's just talk about the good lol...

If it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't be back playing SL right now.  It was at his urging that we play this together.  I reluctantly decided to, and I'm already back fully addicted it seems lol.  

I've been in and out of SL for 6 years.  

What on earth do I do to show my noob bf how great SL really is?  I mean...for the most part I'm usually working on something so I'm just kinda standin' or dancin' around lol.  I don't really know what to do or where to go?!  We've been hitting up a few clubs lately.  Kinda making rounds also trying to get the 

G o S H ! name out there...I'm on a country music kick so I've been looking for a good country club to go to...I've yet to really find one, so I guess I'll eventually start DJing again and open up our own club.  I know I know just another club in SL.  Perhaps...But Imma spin some country remixes WOOT!  What can I give him to do so he feels like he's contributing?  Also, if anyone has any ideas on where I can take him to get men's clothes and all that jazz...Imma girl so I have no idea where to go for guys...Guess it's time I find out.  

I guess the whole point of this post is that I really kinda dig this fella.  I'm looking forward to adventures with him.

Okay, Okay...So I'm guilty...I look at the SL Fashion Blogs...AND I LOVE THEM!!!! I love seeing all of the different LOTD's.  I feel like Imma stalker of I♥SL.  The last time I was blogging I started SLòóKERS. This was my version of LOTD.  I've decided that since I'm back in the full swing of SL things...Imma do it again.  So without further ado....

So...We all know Imma lover of shopping...That's right Imma Shoppaholic...Well on SL! 

I used to do a lot of my own personal shopping on Marketplace.  My computer lagged a lot and it was hard for me to move around from store to store.  Now I have a better computer and I am still on Marketplace all the time, but I go look at things in-world a lot more than I used to.  I can see things a lot better now and I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE IT!

Finally, settled on a mainstore...FINALLY....That felt like it was taking forever.  I was angry with that woman for taking the gesturbation name, but I think it was a blessing...I like the G o S H ! Name so much better.  So YAY!!!! to the lady that made me change my store name lolol...Ms JanisBoBanis and I have worked really hard on the land...sucks not havin' a full prim sim anymore...but I think she's done UHH MAY ZING work with what we have...The store is finished but the land is forever changing lol...Here's what I've got so far for the mainstore..I love it!  It looks Redneck Fab? So far I haven't had a single sale at the Venue but I rented the shop for 2 weeks so I'll give it that to sell something....

There are a few new gestures available that I've made. I also am offering FREEBERS!!!!  Join our group for more updates.  I want to try and get this syndicated on the iheartsl.com I hope hope hope I can.  That would be GRRRREAT!!!  Okay Okay, come check out the store and buy some gestures!!
